By using Joumla Store, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
2. Service Description
Joumla Store provides a wholesale catalog, cart, order placement, order tracking, customer communication, and delivery-note features for packaging and food-related products in Algeria.
3. Accounts
- Customers must provide accurate name, phone, and delivery information.
- Admins must keep credentials confidential and use admin tools only for authorized business operations.
- Joumla Store may disable accounts that are abusive, fraudulent, inaccurate, or harmful to the service.
4. Orders
Placing an order in the app is a request to buy. Every order may require phone confirmation before processing. Product availability, prices, and quantities may be revalidated before confirmation or processing.
5. Payments and Delivery Notes
Payment details, balances, and delivery notes are recorded for operational and accounting purposes. A delivery note does not override any legal invoice, payment receipt, or other required business document unless Joumla Store explicitly states otherwise.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not submit false orders or impersonate another person.
- Do not attempt to access admin areas without authorization.
- Do not interfere with the app, API, database, or notification systems.
- Do not upload illegal, misleading, or infringing content.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Joumla Store available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network issues, provider failures, or force majeure events may affect availability.
8. Changes
Joumla Store may update catalog content, prices, features, and these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
